Refund policy
For Hygiene and health reasons Tees Beauty Supply does not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will offer a store credit or correct item replacement under the following conditions:
Proof of Damage
- Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery.
Resolution Options
If your request is approved, you will have the following options:
1. Store Credit
- You will receive store credit equal to the item’s value.
- If you use this credit to repurchase the correct item, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery fees.
2. Correct Item Replacement
- We will ship the correct item to you.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees associated with the replacement.
