Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Order weight
    • Shipping address
    • Carrier rates (UPS or other providers)

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship nationwide across Canada.
  • Shipping to remote or rural areas may take longer and may include additional fees.
  • We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped, Tees Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
